Warren Savage, President and CEO of IPextreme, has spent his entire career in Silicon Valley working with leading companies including Fairchild Semiconductor, Tandem Computers, and Synopsys, where he focused on the problem of building a global, scalable semiconductor IP business. In 2004, Warren founded IPextreme with the mission of unlocking and monetizing intellectual property held within semiconductor companies and making it available to customers all over the world. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Keynote address - Building the Global IP Community
Harrison Beasley is the Technical Working Groups Manager at the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). Harrison joined the GSA in 2012, after 20 years of semiconductor marketing and design program management experience, and is responsible for IP, 3D IC, MEMS, and Analog/Mixed Signal working group management. Prior to joining the GSA, Harrison held project management and marketing positions at NEC and Texas Instruments. Harrison's previous career was with the US Navy, from which he retired as Program Manager for hardware standards in the Next Generation Computer Resources program.

"The Black Magic of I/O and ESD Libraries"
Stephen Fairbanks, Co-Director at Certus Semiconductor, is an expert in the field of process-specific I/O and ESD library development. Prior to joining Certus, he was the lead developer of the ESD and I/O libraries for Intel's wireless, cellular, and mobile computing groups. He has developed ESD process design rules, ESD libraries, and IO libraries in logic, RF and mixed-signal processes at the 0.25um, 0.18um, 0.13um, 90nm, 65nm, 45/40nm, and 28nm processes. Stephen is also familiar with several specialty processes, including HV BiCMOS, Flash memory, SiGe, SOI, SOS, and InP.

Kevin has authored or co-authored over 50 publications and holds 2 patents.

At Atrenta, Manoj has led corporate applications engineering, product quality & customer satisfaction and most recently field delivery & support. He received his BE/EE from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology in Punjab, India and his MS/EE from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
