By pressing the submit button this license becomes effective with you as LICENSEE.

1. Subject to the provisions of this license, IPextreme hereby grants to LICENSEE a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free, worldwide license to use and copy the Infineon Muti Link Interface (MLI) Specification for the purpose of developing, manufacturing and distributing integrated circuits.

2. Except as specified in this license, LICENSEE acquires no right, title or interest in any IPextreme or Infineon technology or any intellectual property embodied therein. In no event shall the licenses granted in accordance with this license be construed as granting LICENSEE, expressly or by implication or otherwise, a license to use any IPextreme or Infineon technology except the MLI Specification. No right is granted to LICENSEE to sublicense the rights granted to LICENSEE under this agreement.

3. There shall be no obligation for IPextreme to provide LICENSEE with any products, services, maintenance or support of any kind whatsoever pursuant to this license or otherwise.

4. No license, express, implied or otherwise, is granted to LICENSEE, under the provisions of this license, to use the IPextreme or Infineon trade names or marks in connection with the MLI Specification or any products based thereon. Nothing in this license shall be construed as authority for LICENSEE to make any representations on behalf of IPextreme or Infineon with respect to the MLI Specification.

5. THE MLI SPECIFICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, NON INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
